Colorization comes to Jerry Franklin's O-Gauge Model Railroad_2

I spent some time working on a formula that will work for this desert scene depicting a locale in Eastern Washington. Its good to have a formula written down so another person can create the same colors (perhaps for scenery damage repairs).
